Chapter 93: The Morning Hours (ÓæÑÉ ÇáÖÍì)

ÈöÓúãö Çááøóåö ÇáÑøóÍúãóäö ÇáÑøóÍöíãö
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

æóÇáÖøõÍóì

By the morning brightness

[The Morning Hours 93:1]

æóÇááøóíúáö ÅöÐóÇ ÓóÌóì

And [by] the night when it covers with darkness,

[The Morning Hours 93:2]

ãóÇ æóÏøóÚóßó ÑóÈøõßó æóãóÇ Þóáóì

Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Mu?ammad], nor has He detested [you].

[The Morning Hours 93:3]

æóáóáÂÎöÑóÉõ ÎóíúÑñ áóßó ãöäó ÇáÃõæáóì

And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life].

[The Morning Hours 93:4]

æóáóÓóæúÝó íõÚúØöíßó ÑóÈøõßó ÝóÊóÑúÖóì

And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.

[The Morning Hours 93:5]

Ãóáóãú íóÌöÏúßó íóÊöíãðÇ ÝóÂæóì

Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge?

[The Morning Hours 93:6]

æóæóÌóÏóßó ÖÇáÇð ÝóåóÏóì

And He found you lost and guided [you],

[The Morning Hours 93:7]

æóæóÌóÏóßó ÚóÇÆöáÇð ÝóÃóÛúäóì

And He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient.

[The Morning Hours 93:8]

ÝóÃóãøóÇ ÇáúíóÊöíãó ÝóáÇó ÊóÞúåóÑú

So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him].

[The Morning Hours 93:9]

æóÃóãøóÇ ÇáÓøóÇÆöáó ÝóáÇó ÊóäúåóÑú

And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him].

[The Morning Hours 93:10]

æóÃóãøóÇ ÈöäöÚúãóÉö ÑóÈøößó ÝóÍóÏøöËú

But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it].

[The Morning Hours 93:11]
