Chapter 105: The Elephant (ÓæÑÉ ÇáÝíá)

ÈöÓúãö Çááøóåö ÇáÑøóÍúãóäö ÇáÑøóÍöíãö
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

Ãóáóãú ÊóÑóì ßóíúÝó ÝóÚóáó ÑóÈøõßó ÈöÃóÕúÍóÇÈö ÇáúÝöíá

Have you not considered, [O Mu?ammad], how your Lord dealt with the companions of the elephant?

[The Elephant 105:1]

Ãóáóãú íóÌúÚóáú ßóíúÏóåõãú Ýöí ÊóÖúáöíáò

Did He not make their plan into misguidance?

[The Elephant 105:2]

æóÃóÑúÓóáó Úóáóíúåöãú ØóíúÑðÇ ÃóÈóÇÈöíáó

And He sent against them birds in flocks,

[The Elephant 105:3]

ÊóÑúãöíåöãú ÈöÍöÌóÇÑóÉò ãöäú ÓöÌøöíáò

Striking them with stones of hard clay,

[The Elephant 105:4]

ÝóÌóÚóáóåõãú ßóÚóÕúÝò ãóÃúßõæáò

And He made them like eaten straw.

[The Elephant 105:5]
